Food sustainability
An interesting and slightly different food shoot earlier this month, photographing recipes using food items that are often discarded such as carrot tops, potato skins and coffee grounds to promote food sustainability. Surprisingly tasty results! Food styling by Nerys Howel.

Bilingual family cookbook
Lots more food in the studio this month as I photographed recipes for a new bilingual cookbook due to be released later in the year by Hybu Cig Cymru - Meat Promotion Wales. 'Cegin Ni/Our Kitchen' is a bilingual cookbook created to get kids in the kitchen and the whole family cooking delicious meals together.
