The book was designed and produced by Welsh publisher Y Lolfa.

Welsh beef & lamb
It was great to be back working in the studio with food stylist Nerys Howel on a series of recipes promoting Welsh beef and lamb recipes. Following on from previous photography, a stripped back style suitable for multiple media formats was used.
