Phil has been working as a photographer in Cardiff since 1994 and prior to that had 5 years experience working as an assistant and junior photographer in a busy commercial studio in central London.
Now well settled back in his native Wales, Phil works from his 1000 sq. feet studio on the east side of Cardiff, photographing a diverse range of subjects as can be seen from the various galleries on this site.
